Name of Fanfiction: When Enemies Become Friends
As Grissom was getting out of his SUV, Ecklie walked up to him and started babbling on about how Grissom did his job. Ecklie was always after Grissom about something because he is jealous of him and he doesn't have a science bone in his body.
Ecklie:'' You know that you lost the evidence and you just go flirt with Sara?''
Grissom:'' You know Ecklie, I don't tell you how to do your job so don't tell me how to do mine.''
Ecklie:'' You lost the evidence and you expect me to just over look it while you mingle with Sara Sidle?''
Grissom:'' You know Ecklie, You need to get a life and don't worry about mine.''
After a few words Grissom got irritated and gave Ecklie a right hook to the jaw. Of course Grissom was fired and at that moment Grissom didn't care. He felt good after punching Ecklie. Grissom went home and called the team to inform that Catherine is in charge. The team thought Ecklie was being unfair as usual and wanted to take up for Grissom. Grissom told them that right now they got a case to solve.
Grissom decided to go out and have a drink by himself. He saw Ecklie there and he just avoided him. He bought him a beer and sat down at a table. These men came in with masks on and grabbed Ecklie. He didn't want to help him, but that wouldn't be right of him. Grissom went to try to save him but they knocked him out beforehe got a chance to throw the first punch.
They took them to this old warehouse and it was hot and Grissom was sweating like hell. Ecklie was smirking and loving this.
Grissom:'' What people you pissed off now?''
Ecklie:'' Maybe it is one of your crooks have you ever thought about that?''
Grissom:'' Mine? You could piss off a whole zoo of bears. But we shouldn't be fighting over this right now. We need to work together to get out of this hell hole.''
Ecklie:'' You started this arguement.''
Grissom:'' You right, I did. Now Shut up.''
They tried prying the windows open but they was nailed closed. I had a knife and maybe I can use to break the window. It made a small crack but the men heard it and came in quickly.
Ecklie:'' Nice work Grissom.''
Grissom:'' Shut up! I don't see you lifting a finger.''
The men took them to another room but as they put them in, Grissom turned around and punched one of the men. He told Ecklie to run and the other man was fixing to shoot when Grissom to the bullet for him.
Ecklie:'' d**n!
Ecklie quickly grabbed the other guys gun and shot the other guy. Grissom tried getting up , but Ecklie helped him up.
'' Ecklie:'' I don't know what to say.''
Grissom:'' You can start by giving me my job back and a nice Thank you would be nice.''
'' Ecklie:'' You just don't quit. Okay, you got your job back but first thing first.''
Grissom:'' What is that?''
Ecklie:'' Let me buy you a drink.''
Grissom:'' No thank you, I will pass and besides I don't want to be kidnapped again.''
Grissom and Ecklie found some kind of truce. Ecklie eased up on Grissom and Grissom did a better job of concentrating on his work. They never did find out why those men kidnapped them but Grissom was just glad to be alive.
